Benedict Lau
Benedict Lau has over 20 years teaching dance and fitness. He has created and taught 2 NSA programmes: “Body Conscious Dance” and “Build Lower Body Strength (BLB) with Workout”. He is an NTU Graduate in Mech Engineering 1996 (Hons) and a certified Latin and Ballroom Dance teacher (UK ISTD – Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance. He has completed other certifications such as the Introduction to Geragogy Guidelines, VPS (Value Principals in Sports) and An Introduction to Safe Dance Practice.
